I'm a licensed psychotherapist, a clinical hypnotist, and a student of magic since 1981 — and those three things together are exactly why what I do works the way it does. My path started in 1981 as the first student of Eugene Burger, the legendary magical philosopher who taught that magic isn't about fooling people — it's about touching something deeper than deception can reach. That apprenticeship changed everything. A playing card isn't cardboard and ink. It's a vessel for the meaning we create together.

I went on to earn doctorates in both psychology and leadership, become a licensed marriage and family therapist, and build a career as a clinical hypnotist and published author. But magic never left me. If anything, my education made me better at it. I understand the mechanics of attention, suggestion, and the strange truth that we're all unreliable witnesses to our own experience. I know how to read a room, build rapport that feels like recognition rather than introduction, and craft moments where wonder and laughter live side by side.

I've performed at some of Las Vegas's most iconic venues, including the Riviera Hotel and Casino, The Orleans Showroom, Silver Sevens, and the Aladdin — stages where legends performed and audiences came expecting the impossible.

Perfect for cocktail hours, trade show floors, and private parties, my close-up magic turns small groups into co-conspirators. I work the room, creating personal moments of astonishment that feel impossible up close. This is Las Vegas magic at its most intimate and interactive.

Stage Shows for Large Audiences

I perform full stage shows for groups from 30 to 2,000 people. My Las Vegas stage magic blends mentalism, comedy, and psychological storytelling into an experience that holds a large audience from the first moment to the last.

As a clinical hypnotist and psychotherapist, my mentalism is grounded in a real understanding of how the human mind works. I read people, predict choices, and explore the strange territory between coincidence and inevitability. This isn't a trick. It's a genuine psychological experience.

I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and an ICBCH Certified Professional Hypnotist.

I'm a TEDx speaker, a published author of numerous books and textbooks in clinical hypnotherapy, and have been selected to present original research at the APA American Psychological Association annual conference. Over four decades, I've trained thousands of mental health professionals. And I've been doing magic longer than all of it.
